Head & Neck into the Shoulder Blade
If you feel tension pulling in your neck,
a blockage around your shoulder blade,
or your autonomic nervous system feels out of balance
— then this module is just right for you.
Where do you feel the pain?

-
Tension headaches
-
Shoulder-neck syndrome
-
Autonomic symptoms (e.g. sleep disturbances, inner restlessness)
-
Restricted movement in the upper back and neck
Treatment Goals:

-
Relief from neck tension and pressure in the head
-
Release of the shoulder blade and upper back muscles
-
Improved mobility in the craniovertebral joints
-
Harmonization of the autonomic nervous system (sympathetic/parasympathetic)
Relief for the Cervical Chain (C1–C4) to Restore Neck Freedom and Autonomic Balance:

Experience a holistic manual treatment that specifically targets the upper cervical segments C1 to C4 — known as the cervical chain. This module is part of our BFR Method (Bionome Fascial Renewal) and integrates segmental neurology, fascial therapy, and autonomic regulation.
What Is the Cervical Chain?

The cervical chain includes the upper four cervical vertebrae and their nerve roots. Together, they form the cervical plexus — a network that influences not only muscles, but also skin zones, fascial pathways, and autonomic circuits. Complaints such as neck pain, tension headaches, shoulder tightness, or autonomic imbalances often originate here.
How We Work – Our Technique:

Our treatments are performed on the Swaywaver therapy table and are based on the BFR Method by URBAN & KREXA, which includes:
-
Skin traction and fascial mobilization along biomechanical lines (interconnected muscle-fascia chains running longitudinally or transversely through the body)
-
Trigger point therapy on relevant muscle groups (e.g. SCM, levator scapulae)
-
Segmental mobilization of the craniovertebral joints and upper cervical spine
-
Autonomic regulation through breathwork, vagus stimulation, and craniosacral impulse.
Functional Connections:

Even muscles not directly innervated by the cervical plexus — such as the rhomboids or trapezius — can be therapeutically accessed through fascial and segmental pathways. This creates a holistic effect that goes far beyond local treatment.
