This module focuses on the deepest structures of the body: the coccyx, the pelvic floor, and the coccygeal plexus. What is the coccygeal plexus?
 

The coccygeal plexus is a small but significant network of nerves, originating from the spinal segments S4–S5 and the ganglion impar. It innervates the deep structures surrounding the coccyx, anus, perineum, and parts of the pelvic floor. At the same time, it connects to autonomic centers that are essential for elimination, sexuality, and emotional safety.
