Pelvis & Legs

If you feel like your pelvis is “stuck,” your glutes are “pulling,” or sitting causes a “burning sensation in your back” — then this module is your path back to a pain-free foundation.

Where do you feel the pain?

  • Sitting-related discomfort (e.g. sciatica, piriformis syndrome)

  • Pelvic pain and hip blockages

  • Autonomic imbalances in the lower pelvis

  • Functional leg complaints without clear medical findings

Treatment Goals:

  • Relief from sitting-related pain and sciatic symptoms

  • Decompression of the pelvis, sacrum, and hip joints

  • Improvement of leg mobility and gait stability

  • Autonomic regulation in the lower pelvis (e.g. bladder, intestines, reproductive organs)

Relief from Sitting-Related Pain – Activation of the Sacral Plexus

This module focuses on the manual release of the lower body region, with emphasis on the sacral plexus. As part of our BFR method (Bionome Fascial Renewal), it combines segmental neurology, fascial integration, and autonomic regulation to specifically relieve pain in the pelvic area, glutes, and legs.

What is the sacral plexus?

The sacral plexus is a deep-lying network of nerves that originates from the spinal segments L4 to S4. It provides motor and sensory innervation to the pelvis, gluteal muscles, and legs—especially the sciatic nerve. At the same time, it influences the fascial connections between the pelvic floor, hips, and lower extremities, and plays a central role in autonomic regulation within the lower pelvis.

Our Technique – Deep and Liberating

The treatment includes:

  • Fascial traction along the sacral line and pelvic floor

  • Mobilization of the sacrum, sacroiliac joint, and hip joints

  • Trigger point work on relevant muscle groups (e.g. piriformis, gluteus medius)

  • Segmental stimulation of the sacral plexus via skin zones and breathing impulses

Functional Connections:

The sacral region is the foundation for stability, grounding, and freedom of movement. Through fascial connections to the pelvic floor, hips, and legs, a holistic effect emerges—felt in posture, mobility, and autonomic balance.
