Lumbar & Hip pain

If you feel like your back is “collapsing,”

your pelvis is “tilted,” or sitting pulls into your lower back
— then this module is your path back to a pain-free center.

Where do you feel the pain?

  • Lower back pain in the lumbar region

  • Discomfort while sitting and pelvic misalignment

  • Autonomic complaints in the abdominal area (e.g. digestion, menstruation)

  • Functional movement restrictions without clear clinical findings

Treatment Goals:

  • Relief for the lumbar spine and sacroiliac joints

  • Improved pelvic stability and sitting posture

  • Reduction of pain related to lumbar discomfort and sciatic symptoms

  • Autonomic regulation in the abdominal area and lower back

Freedom from pain through the center – Activation of the lumbar plexus

This module focuses on functional relief of the lumbar spine and pelvic region — with special attention to the lumbar plexus. As part of our BFR Method (Bionome Fascial Renewal), it combines segmental neurology, fascial integration, and autonomic regulation to promote central stability and pain-free sitting and walking.

What is the lumbar plexus?

The lumbar plexus is a network of nerves that originates from the spinal segments L1 to L4. It supplies the abdominal wall, the hip region, and the anterior thigh muscles. At the same time, it influences the fascial connections between the pelvis, lumbar spine, and lower extremities — essential for stability, mobility, and autonomic balance.

Our Technique – Stabilizing & Deeply Effective

  • Fascial traction along the lumbar fascia, psoas line, and pelvic floor

  • Mobilization of the lumbar vertebrae and sacroiliac joints

  • Trigger point therapy on relevant muscle groups (e.g. quadratus lumborum, psoas major)

  • Segmental stimulation of the lumbar plexus via skin zones and breath impulses

Functional Connections:

The lumbar region is the center of upright posture, grounding, and freedom of movement. Through fascial connections to the diaphragm, pelvic floor, and lower extremities, a holistic effect is created — noticeable in posture, gait, and inner stability.
