Hand & Relief

If your hands feel “tired,” your fingers feel “tight,”
or your grip is limited
— then this module is just what you need.

Where do you feel the pain?

  • Relief from pain and tension in hands, wrists, and forearms

  • Improvement in mobility, grip strength, and fine motor skills

  • Alleviation of shoulder and neck discomfort originating from arm lines

  • Promotion of ease in everyday activities (e.g. computer work) and enhanced performance in sports

Treatment Goals:

  • Relief for the lumbar spine and sacroiliac joints

  • Improved pelvic stability and sitting posture

  • Reduction of pain related to lumbar discomfort and sciatic symptoms

  • Autonomic regulation in the abdominal area and lower back

Pain Relief from the Arm Line – Activation of the Lumbar Plexus

This module focuses on the functional relief of the lower back and pelvic region, with special emphasis on the lumbar plexus. As part of our BFR method (Bionome Fascial Renewal), it integrates segmental neurology, fascial coordination, and autonomic regulation to promote core stability and pain-free movement while sitting and walking.

What is the lumbar plexus?

The brachial plexus is a network of nerves originating from segments C5 to T1. It supplies the shoulder, arm, and hand. Its pathways run through muscles, tendons, and fascia all the way to the fingertips. Tension in the brachial plexus can therefore lead to pain, numbness, or restricted mobility in the hand, arm, or shoulder.

Our Technique – Stabilizing & Deeply Effective

  • Gentle fascial gliding over the palm and back of the hand

  • Release of tension in finger flexors and extensors

  • Relief of the thumb pad and intermetacarpal muscles

  • Autonomic impulse work through the sensitive zones of the palm and fingers

  • Integration through the three-dimensional oscillation of the Swaywaver table

Functional Connections:

The hands are in constant connection with the neck, shoulders, and chest. Any blockage in the hands can extend upward—and vice versa. When the hands are free, the shoulders and neck can also relax. This not only improves mobility, but also fosters a sense of openness and expression.
